LIVING IN SEATTLE:   exterior1web.jpg

One of the interesting and charming things about Seattle is that it is full of different types of housing, neighborhoods and views. Seattle has more view opportunities then anywhere else in the Northwest. You can have views of the Puget Sound (Elliot Bay), Lake Union, Olympic Mountains, Cascade Mountains, Mt. Rainier and great city views as well as expansive territorial views including serene forest and nature views. Because of this, Seattle experiences what we call “micro markets” which means that the housing market and trends are vastly different from one neighborhood to the next even though the relative distance may be less then a mile apart. To get a view in Seattle, you will pay for it. Views are costly and many views are unprotected views (meaning you may eventually lose the view due to something being built that might block your view). There are locations in the Seattle area that afford fabulous views that are inexpensive, they tend to be further out from the city core and in some neighboring communities to Seattle which means you’ll have a longer commute but the quality of life may well be worth it.To get view properties emailed to you, contact us and we’ll set up a specialized list of properties that match match your criteria.Do you have specific questions regarding Seattle or the housing market here? We are available to answer your questions and help guide you through this process. Contact our team today, you’ll be 1 step closer to making a smooth transition to Seattle.
